Our client is a leader in the energy transition, building and operating solar power farms across Europe. Backed by the clean energy investment arm of a large international asset manager they are enjoying a period of sustained growth.

To support and facilitate growth our client is seeking to add an Outsourced Manager to the Head Office team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and managing over 15 outsourcing providers this is a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Group function. The Group has over 300 legal entities across Europe that rely on over 15 financial outsourcing firms, this role is responsible for the co-ordination of each outsourcing firm with Head Office to ensure efficiency, consistency, and accuracy. The co-ordination of these outsourcers will be achieved by defining clear processes, implementing service level agreements and key performance indicators, and facilitating cross functional workshops. You will be working closely with the Group Reporting, Group FP&A and Group Tax teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in managing several international outsourced providers or in managing a finance shared service centre. Key to success is the ability to exercise judgement, solve complexed problems and communicate financial information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. A pragmatic approach to measuring quality, timeliness and controls is invaluable.
