- According to the company’s overall strategy, formulate an operational efficiency improvement development plan for the outsourced shared service center.
- Design a reasonable organizational structure and set clear goals, such as the specific proportion of cost reduction, specific indicators for improving service efficiency, etc., to facilitate the quantification and evaluation of subsequent work.
- Process optimization and reengineering: Sort out and analyze existing business processes to find out the links that can be optimized and potential risk points.
- Introduce new technologies: Use artificial intelligence technology to digitize and intelligently transform SSC’s processes to achieve automation, intelligence and self-service of the processes.
- Treat employees as SSC’s customers, pay attention to employee needs and experience, and continuously optimize service processes and service quality.
- Comprehensively coordinate the management of subordinate teams, build talent echelons and cultivate core talents to improve the overall performance of the team.
- Bachelor degree or above, more than eight years of SSC work experience, experience in managing large teams
- Possess digital thinking and past experience in digital efficiency improvement projects.
- Familiar with human resources related policies and processes, familiar with the application of labor laws and regulations in enterprises, have experience in SSC construction and operation, and familiar with related processes and project management. ;
