We are looking for a growth minded Business Manager (BM) to serve on the Business Management team supporting the Liquidity and Account Solutions business.
As a Payments Business Manager – Liquidity & Account Solutions – Vice President you will support two global business heads within L&AS; Global Liquidity and Account Shared Services (GLASS) and Global Head of Virtual Account Management (VAM). The GLASS and VAM teams are geographically dispersed but concentrated in London, Bournemouth, and Mumbai. The BM team plays a core role in driving business initiatives as well as interpreting and presenting financial information to the business leads within the organization.
- Facilitates reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and creation of executive reporting updates to line of business senior leadership
- Reviews business requirements; processes and elevate, advocate and integrate best practices
- Modernizes: The GLASS platform is key to modernising the infrastructure for future product development
- Leads project management from project start through project completion for special ad hoc projects for L&AS Business Management
- Coordinates and supports of key forums across the product teams
- Manages and oversights of day-to-day GLASS Product Development and VAM product maintenance and development. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in various products. This role will interface with key influencers and decision-makers across various Products, Technology, Operations and Finance functions
- Provides a high level of partnership to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Organizes complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
- Communicates effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
- Leads audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables.
- Manages other general issues related to real estate, staffing, corporate requests
- Relevant experience in Tech Project Management, Tech Business Management, Chief Operating Office COO or Project Management Office PMO experience involving complex business, operations and technology delivery
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders and excellent issue resolution skills
- Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate and develop new concepts, processes and value added activities
- Must be able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise and actionable
- Ability to work effectively with other lines of business, finance teams and technology partners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy – proven ability to produce quality results timely
- Comfortable presenting to senior MD audiences, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally withmultiple competing priorities and deliverables
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
- Addresses issues in a problem-solving way
