The Payroll and Personnel Administration Director is integrated into the France HR Performance Department, which also manages remuneration, social benefits and HR data management. He has overall responsibility for payroll and personnel administration at Transdev France. He manages the central teams in charge of operating the HRIS (Pleiades), as well as the Transdev Shared Service Center teams in charge of payroll production (+/-100 people spread across 3 sites).

Manage the “Social Payroll” policy

  • Ensure payroll compliance with our legal and conventional obligations
  • Manage major developments in Social Payroll (e.g. FCTU, Net Social, etc.)
  • Develop and share national expertise in Social Payroll
  • Structuring processes in terms of Administrative Management and payroll, and harmonize monitoring and control processes

Adapt and equip the Payroll function to meet strategic challenges

  • Manage a national application in terms of Administrative Management and Payroll (Pleiades)
  • Define a single payroll plan/account plan Transdev
  • Guarantee a single configuration of legal or conventional rules in Social Payroll matters
  • Facilitate the implementation of integrated tools to support operational performance
  • Manage operational Payroll teams

Improve performance

  • Improve productivity and develop task automation and dematerialization
  • Monitor the application of the service contract
  • Strengthen cost control personnel and payroll management
  • Industrialize decision-making dashboards and operational HR management indicators
  • Define Transdev management rules
  • Harmonize monitoring and control processes
  • Manage the effectiveness of the Global Social Payroll Process

Support local HR teams of entities (200 entities spread across France) in improving the productivity of personnel administration and payroll processing.

Your background

  • With higher education, you have solid experience in managing a Payroll HRIS (experience with the Pléiades solution is desired), and proven aptitude for management with solid experience in managing a Shared Services Center paid.

Your assets

  • Experience in managing relationships with internal clients Good knowledge of the articulation of interfaces between Operations, HR, Payroll and Accounting. Good knowledge of Payroll regulations / Work Organization Ability to lead and manage action plans Expertise in social law, labor regulations
