The Payroll and Compensation & Benefit Delivery Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration within the HR Operations shared services department. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll operations, compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs to employees.

  • Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary, hourly, and contract staff. Manage payroll tax reporting and compliance. Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage payroll systems and software, ensuring they are updated and functioning effectively. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with finance and accounting departments for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
  • Compensation Administration: Implement and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and bonuses. Enable COEs to conduct regular salary reviews and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages. Collaborate with COEs to address compensation-related issues and provide guidance. Manage Annual salary reviews, Annual incentive program, and bonus programs for successful implementation. Oversee the successful implementation of compensation programs including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives. Ensure compensation practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other benefits. Ensure accurate enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits. Manage relationships with benefits vendors. Manage benefits orientations and provide ongoing support to employees regarding their benefits. Ensure benefits programs are compliant with legal requirements together with COE and country HR. Effective employee inquiries resolution within KPIs regarding benefits and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all payroll and benefits processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies. Manage audits related to payroll and benefits. Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee payroll and benefits information.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll, compensation, and benefits operations. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in payroll and benefits administration. Utilize HR technology and systems to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. Implement best practices and streamline operations to enhance efficiency. Lead projects related to system upgrades, process automation, and other initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of payroll and benefits specialists. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and development opportunities. Provide training and support to team members. Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with customers, vendors, COEs and global stakeholders.
  • Communication: Keep stakeholders informed through clear, consistent updates.
  • Management: Address concerns and expectations to foster collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s / Post Graduate degree and/or equivalent.
  • 12- 15 years of hands-on experience on the HR Operations Payroll / Benefits & Compensation.
  • Experience in project management and closely worked with management to drive initiatives and management activities across.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training and conferences.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
