As a Payroll Business Development Head, you will be responsible for designing, enhancing and launching of new product features and variants for the growth and profitability of the bank’s Payroll Product.

• Strategizes and sets individual and team goals that are aligned with Marketing and Communications Division’s business plans.
• Empowers by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members towards goals.
• Manages resources (people, financial, equipment) effectively to support the organization’s short and long-term goals.
• Resolves any process or system issues related to P&L, billing and FI support identified through internal and external customer channels.
• Conducts regular competitive scans and adjust bundle when necessary.
• Ensures successful execution of process enhancements anchored at P&L management, vendor management and contractual compliance.
• Ensures proper training and cascading of product features and processes, other details to relevant front-liners, end-users and support units.
• Works with cross functional teams and external partners (as necessary) to ensure establishment of policies and processes to support P&L management, FI after-sales handling, vendor management and contractual compliance.
• Ensures that all programs comply with regulatory and bank guidelines.
