• Overseeing and managing the payroll operations for India and onsite countries
• Administer all aspects of payroll operations and ensures that all services are delivered timely and accurately in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and tax laws.
• Payroll management with a strong focus on cost reduction, service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and standardization to increase operational efficiency and excellence.
• Formulate and develop programs and policies relative to pay activities with a focus on governance and controls. Ensure compliance with all payroll laws and regulations.
• To be updated on any new /change in legislations, advise management on necessary action, analyze impact and implement changes.
• Manage communications with internal & external auditors and ensure audit compliances are met.
• Responsible for payroll grievance/query handling.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payroll processes.
• Publish reports, analytics and dashboard related to payroll data, providing insights and recommendations to management.

•  Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10-12 years progressive payroll experience with exposure to multi-national payroll operations.
• Proven experience of leading a team in shared services is highly desired.
