We are seeking an experienced Payroll manager with a strong background in any Payroll ERP and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including expertise in 401K file transmission, GL (General Ledger) account reconciliation, benefit billing reconciliation, and multi-state payroll processing.
Payroll Processing:
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing cycle using UKG for employees across multiple states.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, considering state-specific regulations.
Payroll ERP Expertise
- Utilize advanced features of UKG to optimize payroll processes for a multi-state environment.
- Stay updated on UKG system enhancements and implement best practices.
401K File Transmission
- Manage the transmission of 401K files, ensuring compliance with regulations across various states.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address any 401K-related queries.
