Responsible for the management of Payroll Inputs processing for NA PFNA Sales population (hourly and commission).
This role guarantees all Payroll Inputs are processed correctly and on time to payroll for ~36K employees for USA & Canada. This role supports the Payroll Business Transformation initiatives in PFNA, moving the operation from Local a GBS Teams towards MBS. Responsible for implementing a standardized operating payroll model focused on Payroll optimization, continuous improvements, and process excellence.
Managing a team of 60 HC that will operate payroll inputs for Hourly and commission Sales employees.
- Responsible for Sales payroll inputs consolidation operation, guarantee to comply with defined policies for payroll.
- Ensure and deliver the payroll service to all employees, control and monitor incidence consolidation process.
- Manage and control incidence consolidation processes, managing payments of each one of them. Ensure legal compliance of each country and deliver services to employees in NA.
- Development a contingency plan to reception incidents and guarantee employees’ payment.
- Responsible for operational excellence and delivery of productivity through team efficiency & payroll accuracy.
- Principal point of contact for Service delivery & strategy for PFNA Sales with senior HR & Business stakeholders.
- Operate contingency plans for the incidents reception due to natural phenomena, social or technological, to ensure the sales employees’ payment.
- Execute Sales Payroll strategy: Implement governance model, KPIs, SLAs & OLAs, knowledge & service management, and collaborate with continuous improvement.
- Bachelors Degree required; Human Resources Management, Engineer or other related field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in payroll is required
- 5 years of experience in HR, service quality, shared services, or payroll process in sales if possible.
- Advanced English is required
- Experience practicing: knowledge in negotiation, conflict resolution, audit processes knowledge.
- Relationship and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in partnering with diverse stakeholders to identify evolving requirements. Engage with both internal and external entities to create and deliver.
- Experience leading a broad scope of accountability and varying levels of an experienced team.
- Show strong program oversight project management capabilities and anticipate risks/issues.
- Requires high knowledge of payroll processes and basic HR transactions (hire to Retire processes).
