This role is key to aligning the whole of the HR strategy to BCH force level strategic aims and priorities. This is a Senior HR role and you will be working alongside the business and HR leaders to deliver upon the HR delivery plan on the full range of HR activity. This will include attraction, retention and reward, leadership, people development and engagement and wellbeing.
You will be focusing on creating purposeful connection between the business and HR through deep understanding of the portfolio, spotting risks and opportunities. The People Partner is a catalyst for change, through critical evaluation and influencing to deliver results that directly improve organisational performance.
- Chartered MCIPD qualified or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience working at a senior HR level, in a business partner or consultancy capacity
- Demonstrable experience of Project and financial management
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Demonstrable experience in HR analytics
- Proven experience of working in a complex multi-functional shared service environment
