Responsible for a variety of complex and confidential administration of employee benefits and welfare services.
- Partnering with the P&C of each Business Unit and accounting team to ensure the efficiency of benefits processing, cost allocation, and budgeting
- Partnering with the Total Rewards Team and Wellbeing Committee to ensure the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Lead MPST team to ensure all benefits information and records are maintained in accordance with policy and support internal and external audits related
- Effectively manages Provident Fund, Social Security, Insurance, etc., and maintains good relationships with third parties to ensure that agreed-upon service levels are met, and any issues are promptly addressed. Review benefit contracts for accuracy and monitor contracts to ensure compliance with negotiated terms and conditions.
Qualification:
Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of grant management and allocations desired.
- Knowledge of employment law as it applies to the administration of benefits, leaves, etc., preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Integrity, team spirit, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Word for Windows) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in HR Operations and benefit administration
