Taking a leading role in shaping the new organization, you will ensure the right people are in the right roles while promoting talent acquisition. Serving as the business partner for the Management Team on people and organization matters, you will align the organization’s culture and support an active and facilitative leadership style. This approach will encourage individuals to take responsibility for the HOW, take ownership, show entrepreneurship, and be accountable for results and performance.

  • developing and optimizing the people & organization strategy and policies for the new organization, ensuring foundational alignment and readiness for future growth.
  • facilitating cooperation and alignment across divisions, actively supporting integration efforts.
  • developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • serving as the key business partner for people & organization matters within the Management Team.
  • cultivating strong business partnerships between the People & Organization team members and other business functions.
  • structuring and establishing a new People & Organization team, including the setup of a Shared Services department.
  • defining and delivering clear departmental and individual goals and KPI’s for the People & Organization team.
  • reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • engaging in the Group’s People Passionate program to foster talent development actively.
  • taking a leadership role in driving organizational change across structure, leadership, and culture.
  • actively participating in the Management Team to contribute to strategic decision-making and alignment.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a HR or business related field
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in an international manufacturing environment, technical, or related industry
  • Proven track record in leadership and organizational development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Flexibility to travel to locations in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad
  • Experienced in transformation projects, M&A, or equivalent
  • You must be resident in the Netherlands
