  • Responsible for vendor contract management, including to understand the stakeholders needs, sourcing and engage with relevant vendor, until to onboard and offboard the vendor
  • Responsible for HR Reporting and Analytics, including to generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making. And to provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding management. Including to design, implement, and improve the system integration processes.
  • Oversee employee benefit management that includes medical insurance management from registration to termination and dispute settlement
  • Responsible for Continuous Improvement among Shared Services operations. From identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance service delivery. Including developing project plans and timelines, identifying resources and tasks required for successful completion (project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders).
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years experience in leading international organizations with HR Operations background
  • Have cross country HR operations background is preferable
  • Proven experience as a project manager or similar role is a plus
  • Strong customer-service orientation, sense of urgency in getting things done, and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Put attention in to detail and have strong sense of accuracy
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and its functions, including conditional formatting and other data analysis functions.
  • Familiar with Business Process Improvement & Automation of Process by HRIS System (Workday is a plus).
