As a product manager working on the platform services team, you will work to deliver domain and shared services leveraged by other digital products at ResMed in an agile environment.
- Obtaining voice of customer to drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Develop the product roadmap through prioritization and stakeholder involvement
- Communicate with stakeholders on the roadmap and progress for delivering against it
- Work with legal, regulatory, and security teams to implement regional and global requirements
- Collaborate with UX researchers, UX designers, technical communications, and product marketing teams to design and launch on a global scale
- Perform program increment (PI) planning, including cross-functional collaboration with other product team to understand and anticipate their needs, and deliver on committed work within the PI
- Develop epics and user stories that outline and deliver incremental value to the users
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies including refinement and sizing, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives
- Monitor and measure released product for usage, issues, and improvements
- Leading products with high technical deliverables
- Experience with technical aspects of products or ability to learn and understand new concepts
- Proficiency in agile practices, leading agile ceremonies, and representing the product backlog
- Ability problem solve to reconcile customers’ desires with the technological capabilities of the product team and organization
- Forward thinking and innovative to anticipate product design and features customers will appreciate
