Shared Services & Customer Experience is a part of the Corporate Services Division of Department of Communities and Justice and providers transactional support in the areas of HR Payroll and Finance to DCJ and related agencies.

This role is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Shared Services projects and being the advocate for the customer as their key point of contact for client escalations and business partnering. There is also a requirement to provide advice to our Executive team and senior stakeholders across Corporate Services on client engagement and project management activities.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, monitoring, resolution and driving a customer centric approach.
• Lead a team responsible for developing, monitoring, delivering, and evaluating strategic projects to support Shared Services and department objectives. Drive value creation in the customer experience throughout the service lifecycle and entire shared service model.
• Be the voice of the customer in shared services, customers are the focus of all that we do and we strive to provide the highest level of customer service.

• Experience in project management, leading medium to large operational projects
• Experience working in a Corporate Services or Shared Services environment
• Strong communication skills and time management skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior managers and executives
