  • Lead the development of PTP system and process strategies supporting the business units served by the shared service team.
  • Lead monthly closing activities including the timely recording of accruals for goods/services received where invoices have not been processed in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Apply PTP best practices with vendors to beneficial relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor department KPI and KRI evaluations results and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and partner with primary business stakeholders.
  • Lead value added process initiatives to create efficiency and consistencies, including working with global partners to enhance the core model.
  • Anticipate, act and communicate financial exposures and opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s Degreer in Finance or Accounting required
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting operations
  • 5 years management experience
  • 3-5 years shared service center experience
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Ability to lead and manage self-directed work teams
  • Customer Service Focus
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
