Project Manager role for a Shared Service Centre based in Kuala Lumpur!

• Tracks project budget and resource planning, including providing forecasts and proposing proactively measures to achieve the project budget;
• Is responsible for project related charging activities, including necessary communication in the region
• Strong collaboration with global project control and, on the other hand, with the hub and country finance & control.
• Establish seamless coordination between all stakeholders.
• Reviews impact of demand changes on project baseline
• Collaborates with project team, reviews efficiency measure portfolio
• Provide regular regional information to the global project manager, project management office and project controller

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of project accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost charging and allocation
  • Experience of managing and strategizing on midterm to long term plans / projects
