A leading international oil and gas business is seeking a high-calibre PTP Manager (Oracle) in Malaysia. In this job, you will support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit. In this role, you will be responsible for leading process optimisation, vendor management, and team leadership, ensuring compliance and driving operational excellence across financial operations.
- Spearhead the enhancement of end-to-end PTP processes across the APAC market and institute and champion best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with vendors in the APAC region and drive negotiations to optimise terms and achieve significant cost savings with key suppliers
- Ensure unwavering adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements and institute and manage robust internal controls, guaranteeing the integrity of PTP processes
- Take the reins in leading and developing a high-performing PTP team and provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members, elevating their skills and capabilities
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and propel operational excellence
- A minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in PTP management with the shared services centre
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing PTP operations in the APAC region
- Demonstrated leadership prowess with a proven ability to inspire and guide a team
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or a related field
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Speak, read and writing in Mandarin is an added advantage
