Morningstar is looking for Quote to Cash Manager for the Finance Shared Services. The Finance Shared Services is responsible for executing day to day Procure to pay/ or Quote to Cash activities of Morningstar Global business in a process oriented and disciplined manner.
- Manage end to end Global Quote to Cash process
- Ongoing basis ensures excellence levels of service quality and overall Quote to Cash operations.
- Supports the identification and drives process and service improvement opportunities globally for the assigned areas of responsibilities within the end to end QTC process
- Maintain the Quote to Cash global policies, standards and process documentation for the defined process areas of responsibility.
- Run continuous improvement initiatives to drive Quote to Cash excellence.
- Represents the assigned Quote to Cash process areas of expertise in cross functional projects.
- Ensure SLA’s are achieved, and customers processes are delivered.
Manager of People Role
- Manages a team to lead them to achieve team goals.
- Understands the entire order to cash value stream and applies the knowledge to achieve results
- Identifies performance gaps, their reasons and bridges those gaps
- Coaches/counsels/mentors staff to deliver exceptional results and develops and assists them to achieve their career goals
- Makes work allocation decisions
- Aligns with organizational goals, direction and strategy and shares and communicates them to his direct reports and motivates and encourages them to align and achieve them
- Maintains and provides relevant accounting documentation and provides support to internal as well as external auditors for timely completion of audits.
- Identifies patterns and gets to the root of issues causing bottlenecks/problems/issues and leads resolution to improve customer experience and department metrics
- Conceptualizes and participates in process improvement projects
- Communicates effectively with external and internal stakeholders
- Documents new and updates documentation for existing processes as improvements/changes are agreed.
- Commerce Graduate (B.Com/M.com/MBA)
- Minimum 10 years of operational experience in Order to Cash operations
- Successful track record in delivering process and IT improvement initiatives
- Worked in with third party service providers delivery teams.
- Thorough knowledge of Order to Cash cycle
- Able to engage confidently with stakeholders in countries
- Good Oracle and Salesforce user knowledge
- Good written and verbal English.
- Detailed Customer Master Data Management
- Project management experience
- Have strong communication, negotiation and strategic influencing skills with diverse, multi-functional stakeholders
