• Oversee the operations of the R2R function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports and statements.
• Manage a team of finance professionals, offering guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for the R2R function.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and systems.
• Support financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Manage month-end and year-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

R2R Tower Lead, Manufacturing and Production, Navi Mumbai: A successful ‘R2R Tower Lead’ should have

• Qualified CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, ICWA
• Experience in driving process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Minimum 12-15 years of overall experience in a similar role in a shared services environment.
• Extensive knowledge of R2R processes, financial reporting, Internal and External Controls, SOX compliances , US and Europe compliance requirements.
• Open to relocation, WFO depending on flexibility as per company policy.
• Candidate should come with experience working in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector, preferably in the Chemical Industry.
