Record to Report (R2R) team provides ABB superior value through collaborative, compliant, digitalized accounting & reporting process.

  • Develop a process vision for short and long-term and gain support for your development strategy
  • Lead and initiate projectization of key initiatives that deliver operating model design and implementation within the relevant process scope
  • Develop and maintain current design documentation of sub-process operating models and relevant induction/training materials
  • Team up with operations and ABB IS in managing continuous improvement and possible process deviation to maintain target design
  • Manage a small team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers, focusing on respective processes within the R2R domain
  • Coach and develop your team and work collaboratively across the GPO team to deliver best-in-class, aligned end-to-end process design
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for end-to-end processes and within projects, ensuring that these metrics effectively measure and drive performance
  • : Collaborate with the R2R compliance and operations teams when designing governance and escalation model as part of your operating model design and deployment strategy
  • Build network with your key stakeholders whom to collaborate with to drive change story throughout organization. Ensure proper change management planning and resourcing as part of your initiatives
  • 10+ years experience from Record to Report processes, including process design. Big 4 or BPO driven transformation experience is beneficial
  • Deep understanding of R2R processes, especially in SAP/CFIN environments
  • CPA/CIA or equivalent and/or Lean Sigma qualifications is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, ideally in US GAAP and SOX/ICOFR environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire your team
  • Exceptional ability in managing and nurturing talent within your team
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at various levels
  • Strategic thinking in developing and implementing process improvements
  • Proven expertise in managing complex projects with a focus on delivering results
  • Skilled in managing relationships with technology providers, ensuring their solutions align with our process needs
  • Proficiency in English, both in verbal and written communication
