The HCA Healthcare creative services team provides a suite of services including creative copy, design, event management, photography and video production.
- Deliver on-brief , creative solutions to corporate and division stakeholders with internal and external audiences
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership and creative portfolio strategy and creative services teams
- Partner with creative services peer team to execute on priorities
- Build and manage relationships across multiple disciplines to aide in evaluating strategic opportunities in the creative space
- Partner directly with division and corporate-based teams to continuously improve marketing and corporate campaigns and initiatives and determine and articulate priorities and work to be done
- Manage team and client obstacles providing solutions and solving problems for all parties
- Maintain a holistic view of the work facilitated through the creative services team in order to make connections, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment to strategic priorities
- Advocate for the prioritization of initiatives that serve our customers and drive business and marketing objectives
- Leverage knowledge of enterprise goals and business objectives to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effective proposals for stakeholders
- Partner with creative services leadership and peer teams to define best practices, collaborate on shared problems, take ownership of horizontal processes, and create consistency in our marketing and corporate affairs organization
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ experience in a strategic account leadership role for a creative department in a corporation or agency
