My client is an established leader in its industry, currently hiring a hands-on and collaborative Finance talent to oversee a Regional Finance portfolio. The successful candidate should have strong team management experience, and the ability to work with ambiguities & embrace changes.
- Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for a Regional Finance portfolio including review of accounting operations, financial and management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, tax, audit, compliance and statutory filing requirements.
- You will implement cost control measures to manage CAPEX and OPEX, identify cost reduction opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement actions.
- You will also oversee cash flow and liquidity management, manage relationships with banks, ensure accuracy of payments and ensures prompt collections from customers.
- You will prepare financial results presentation, weekly and monthly reports for management and commercial teams to have latest information on sales, cost and profitability performance.
- CPA/ Chartered Accountant and Degree qualified, more than 10 years of experience in the commercial sector (MNC exposure is required)
- Regional experience in overseeing Accounting, Reporting and FP&A (** FP&A and Business Partnering experience will be highly essential)
- Strong with processes, able to be hands-on, flexible, results-driven
