Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is looking for a Regional Finance Manager to drive financial reporting, revenue recognition, and project accounting across multiple business units. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate project costing, compliance with IFRS 15, and effective ERP system mapping for large-scale integrated systems projects.
- Lead revenue recognition and project accounting across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15.
- Oversee project costing, margin analysis, and financial controls to support accurate financial reporting.
- Manage financial operations for multi-entity projects, ensuring accurate tracking of project obligations, costs, and revenue.
- Work closely with the CFO on financial planning, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making.
- Train and upskill finance teams across different regions on revenue recognition and project costing frameworks.
- Drive ERP system integration and financial process improvements to enhance efficiency in managing project-based revenue.
- Support M&A integration and the transition to a shared services model.
- 8+ years of finance experience, with a proven track record in revenue recognition (IFRS 15) and project costing.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems, with experience mapping financial data for integrated systems projects.
- Industry experience in IT, Construction, Marine, or Shipbuilding is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze financial data for multi-entity project accounting and ensure compliance with IFRS 15.
- Strong leadership skills—comfortable working across regions, training teams, and driving process improvements.
