This role will focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services, driving process efficiencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The director will collaborate closely with regional HR leaders and business partners to align HR shared services with the organization’s strategic goals. You will play a critical role in driving an end- to- end employee services mindset and leading operations excellence in alignment with HR Operations initiatives and APAC stakeholders.
- Lead and drive the HR transformation program, which develops the HR Services Team in APAC.
- Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline HR processes and improve service quality.
- Provide reporting that supports the organization’s decision-making process and improve transactional efficiency.
- Liaise and collaborate with the HR Business Partner, Centre of Excellence and the service delivery partners in APAC to ensure effective/efficient service delivery.
- Deliver globally aligned HR services, procedures and processes in compliance with SLA.
- Build strong relationships with regional HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with HR shared services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR operational matters and provide insights for decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on HR shared services performance.
- Ideally, you will have a minimum of 15 years of experience managing HR shared services in a regional capacity.
- In depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, market practices and general business environment in the APAC region.
- Experience in leading teams in Asia. Excellent stakeholder management skills, innovative thinking and solution-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a multinational organization and understanding of regional HR practices and regulations in the APAC region.
- Proficiency in HRIS such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
