We are seeking a Regional Manager, Supplier Services within our Shared Business Services team located at work location. This position requires some global travel, but less than 5% of the time.

• Efficiently managing vendor data, purchase orders, invoice processes and discrepancies.
• Drive process improvements such as implementing automation in SAP.
• Oversee travel and entertainment programs, including card issuance, SAP Concur management, and fraud detection.
• Monitor compliance with policies, develop expertise in global business processes such as the Ariba SAP Supplier Portal system, and maintain service levels with stakeholders through structured review and monthly KPIs.
• Provide regional process leadership in Purchase Order Processing, Vendor Master Data, Disbursements, T&E, Technology Enablement, and Freight Rating, while supporting, supervising, recruiting, training, and developing the Kuala Lumpur-based team of requisition-to-pay professionals.

• 10-15 years requisition to pay / Finance experience with knowledge and understanding of shared services centers.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP Finance modules as well as basic knowledge of other SAP functional areas (Materials Management, Production Planning, Sales and Distribution).
• In depth experience leading large teams of employees executing knowledge based and transactional activities in finance and/or accounting.
• Strong strategic leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills that enable the incumbent to balance the regional aspects of the position with the global environment in which we operate.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English required and Chinese preferred.
• Experience managing operational budgets, promoting a continuous improvement culture and driving action to meet challenging operational metrics.
