Our client is a renowned player within the Shared Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for Regional Payroll Lead to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.

• Provide strategic direction to payroll teams and regional stakeholders
• Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team across different regions, ensuring compliance, meeting KPI targets, and advancing talent and succession planning.
• Track market trends and benchmark practices to foster innovative advancements in regional payroll delivery.
• Evaluate performance metrics, oversee vendor relationships, and execute robust disaster recovery plans to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to align payroll services with organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in regional / global payroll management, with a strong track record of overseeing payroll operations across multiple regions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing a large team of at least 15 members.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and software; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of global / regional payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in a Shared Services, global hub, or regional hub environment is a plus.
