Our Procurement Shared Service Center is undergoing transformation. Regional shared services leaders will play a pivotal strategic role in improving procurement execution and fostering cross-team collaboration, enhancing organizational efficiency and capabilities, including standardized operation models, core-value-oriented metrics, and overall performance reliance.
- Develop and maintain metrics for continuous improvements in the efficiency and quality of procurement shared services.
- Lead teams in achieving regional metric targets, focusing on PR-PO lead-time management, PO goods delivery tracking, payment compliance execution, and overdue management.
- Formulate and implement action plans based on departmental strategy and stakeholder satisfaction results within the region.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and proactively identify tactical and operational solutions for trust and collaboration enhancement.
- Collaborate with other regions to standardize processes, creating a more effective and efficient Shared Services organization.
- Ensure the effective and efficient management of Regional SSC resources and operations, covering small-amount transactions, ad-hoc purchasing, frame contract execution, PO goods delivery tracking, and payment compliance management.
- Lead team management efforts, fostering excellent team competence, a dare-to-win spirit, and creating a fair environment for individual career development.
- Contribute substantively to the preparation of Annual & Quarterly OKRs, conduct monthly metrics monitoring, and communicate with relevant corporate units for alignment with corporate priorities.
- Actively engage with functional leaders through regular work planning, results monitoring, and information sharing to maintain a unified management approach.
- Strengthen communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the APAC Region regarding procurement operation services.
- Ensure synergy among SSC teams’ targets and address emerging needs through the establishment of regular mechanisms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing a procurement team responsible for operations, automation, process improvement, and advanced analytics, resulting in a sustained impact on the broader procurement organization.
- Strong communication and data analysis skills, with experience in SSC preferred.
- Insights into procurement process efficiency, payment compliance, shared service center value, and scope.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly motivated (a self-starter) and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to break down objectives into team action plans, equipped with excellent project management skills, and the ability to review and summarize.
