The Revenue Cycle Transitions Manager will assist the Revenue Cycle Transition Director to ensure successful operations transition of revenue cycle clients into the Parallon Business Performance Group Shared Service Centers.
- Actively collaborating with representatives from IT&S, Project Services, Business Performance Group Subject Matter Experts, Shared Service Center Leadership, Client Leadership and Staff.
- Performing a detailed assessment of current practices and business needs of the client
- Is the Business Owner of assigned client facility transition projects
- Key communications contact for client facility
- Ensuring formal client education occurs and actively engaging in one-on-one training with client related to transition impact to operations and reporting
- Escalate issues and risks to the Revenue Cycle Transition Director
- Overseeing the user system access validation
- Actively participating in the parallel testing process.
- Working with Business Performance Group Client Relations Management team to ensure a smooth transition to operations
- Plays a critical role in our future growth opportunities by ensuring successful client transitions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other comparable Bachelor’s Degree. (May be substituted with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects and programs to successful completion, preferably revenue cycle shared services environment
- Healthcare revenue cycle management experience required.
- Coding background preferred.
- Experience with large-scale system implementations preferred.
- HCA-based system experience preferred.
- Hospital operations experience preferred.
