  • Revamp the Reward strategy and framework for NEOM
  • Design and execute the Job Family Project
  • Design and execute the LTI/Bonus Deferral Project
  • Design and execute the Innovative Rewards Project
  • Design and execute OD Function Strategy
  • Run the positional benchmarking for Executives (N-1/2/3)
  • Lead relevant process development related to C&B and OD

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 10Y experience in total rewards with strong consultation background. Preferably ex-KornFerry or Mercer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or Certified Rewards / Compensation Specialist
