Effectively manage rewards and OD activities in support of organizational goals and provide expertise in job studies, pay planning, organizational design and compensation and benefits.
- Revamp the Reward strategy and framework for NEOM
- Design and execute the Job Family Project
- Design and execute the LTI/Bonus Deferral Project
- Design and execute the Innovative Rewards Project
- Design and execute OD Function Strategy
- Run the positional benchmarking for Executives (N-1/2/3)
- Lead relevant process development related to C&B and OD
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 10Y experience in total rewards with strong consultation background. Preferably ex-KornFerry or Mercer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or Certified Rewards / Compensation Specialist
