Position Type: Executive Level/Executive Leadership
Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
Work Location: Tagum City, Davao Del Norte, Philippines
Work Schedule & Setup: Onsite, 7 AM – 4 PM, M-S
Industry: Shared Services
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue in both global and local markets.
- Create tactical action plans to execute sales strategies effectively.
- Lead the implementation of sales initiatives to achieve financial targets.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- With at least 10 years of proven sales experience, both global and regional sales.
- With at least 2 to 5 years of proven experience in the export business.
- With relevant experience from the food, beverage, and ingredients industries.
- Adept at quick and informed decision-making, proficient in negotiation, and skilled in category management, sales management, and P&L management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tagum City, Davao del Norte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Sales Management: 10 years (Required)
- Regional Sales: 3 years (Required)
- Global Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Export Business: 2 years (Required)
- FMCG Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
