Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the ideal Accounting Operations Manager will be an acting strategic partner in assisting with the month and year end close finalizations, consolidations and supporting financial reporting, and creating a scalable accounting department.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate and operational accounting
• Previous management experience (1+ employees) required
• Straight public accounting experience is welcomed, but will strongly consider public/private mix or corporate professional development
• Experience in a variety of industries environments is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable engaging with senior leadership in strategic initiatives
