Working within our Shared Services Team, we are seeking a Senior Billing Manager to assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives that will improve our end-to-end billing process. You will be responsible for ensuring the billing function operates efficiently and smoothly.
- Ensuring that billing instructions and procedures are kept up to date for system changes and updates required for the price guide
- Standardising the process documentation for the Scope group
- Assisting the Manager of Shared Services with ad-hoc projects & management reporting duties, as required
- Assisting with the analysis of service audits with view to investigate trends and highlight areas of improvement
- Leveraging industry best practice for ways to improve service provision and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Establishing a customer centric approach to service delivery and process improvement
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, CA/CPA (Highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of the NDIS Price Guide or similar complex funding arrangements
- Experienced in working in a matrix managed environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills together with strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer literacy
