We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Manager to join our Shared Services Organization in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collections process, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding receivables, and maintaining strong relationships with our global customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of collections processes within a global context.
- Manage Collections Process: Oversee the end-to-end collections process, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding receivables.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of collections specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Customer Relations: Maintain and enhance relationships with global customers, addressing any issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the collections function.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and customer service, to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Working hours: 2-10 PM
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in collections management, preferably within a global or multinational company. 3+ years of experience managing a team.

- Proficiency in collections software and ERP systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
