• Collaborate with planning & procurement executives in Malaysia, Thailand, and United States
• Translate client business business & financial objectives into strategies for systemic solutions.
• Define systems’ north-star destination. Define the plan to achieve that vision.
• Lead IT through the selection of a vendor, and platform, by which to achieve the intended business & financial results
• Lead IT through the design & configuration of that platform and its integration with ERP & Demand Planning systems.
• Lead use-case definition, the solutions of which are to be delivered by colleagues in Analytics

• Proven track record of designing IT solutions that drive business results, especially reductions in inventory turns and stockouts.
• Experience selecting and implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Planning, Kinaxis, and E2Open.
• Proven track record of having built and led high-performing teams across multiple countries in Asia.
• Track record of designing & deploying what-if scenario planning.
• Experience in vertically-integrated, complex manufacturing environments
• Experience leading teams of 50
• Experience working across multiple countries (Malaysia, Thailand, India, US) and regions (APAC, North America)
