In this role, the Senior Director of you will oversee all Corporate Finance, Accounting, support, Operations, and Business Intelligence (BI) activities and manage a global team of ten, with a vast majority of the team in India. In this position, you will work closely with executive team members, including but not limited to the Chief Revenue Officer, Operations SVPs, the Chief Technology Officer, and their respective teams. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and requires up to 10% travel both domestically and internationally.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Own & manage all aspects of:
- Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, including annual operating planning cycles, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, Financial Unit models, and Monthly Investor reporting & analysis
- Providing Finance support to Sales and Operations, including Monthly Top Customer and Segment P&L reviews, Flux analysis, Weekly sales bookings, pipeline, and Profitability drivers coupled with gross margins improvement plans
- BI reports, dashboards, and weekly KPIs across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Talent Acquisition organizations
- Ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and revenue recognition
- Oversee M&A integration as it impacts planning, monthly reporting, ERP and BI systems, and data management for historical and ongoing trends reporting. Occasionally support in pre-close diligence
- Support RFP requests including but not limited to financial models, pricing, bid strategy, total value analysis, and presenting financials to the RFP review team (CEO, CFO, CRO, and Operations SVPs).
- Bring financial acumen for new service lines or segments, including but not limited to go-to-market, pricing scenarios, forecasts, and launch readiness from Finance; e.g., coordinating with Billing/Revenue and Accounting
- Continue to develop and mentor the India Shared Services team
- Identify and prioritize initiatives that strengthen and automate end-to-end financial and operational improvements, KPIs, and reporting
- Assist the CFO with ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities as required.
What You Will Need To Succeed:
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of corporate finance experience working in services or technology industries
- A minimum of five (5) years working in a business management or leadership capacity
- A Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field; a MBA or CPA highly desired
- Be self-directed and highly motivated, with the decisiveness and flexibility necessary to operate successfully in a changing, rapid-growth, and hands-on environment
- A critical eye for details and results; must be highly metrics driven
- Proficiency with ERP and BI tools required, such as NetSuite, Tableau, Anaplan, or similar platforms
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills; have the ability to interact and communicate with a diverse audience at all levels of the organization
