QUAD is currently seeking a Senior Finance Director for a client located in the Greater Philadelphia area. Hybrid work environment. Relocation assistance available.
The Senior Finance Directories a newly created position and will be responsible for a large shared services global team handling management reporting, accounting, collections, and other finance and accounting functions.
- Overseeing order to cash, business controls, and other activities
- Developing KPIs and performance targets
- Analyzing and reporting gross margin, headcount, revenue, working capital, and other business results and drivers
- Collaborating with various business partners on short- and long-term performance opportunities assessment and identification
- Assessing and improving systems related to automation and finance processes
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP and organizational policies and procedures
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Assisting with development and execution of financial improvements strategy
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CPA/MBA preferred
- Global experience managing large teams
- Experience establishing a shared services center
- 10 years combination accounting/finance experience
- Strong communication skills
