We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative individual with the desire to lead the entire global P2P operations for Procurement. This role is an exciting opportunity for a well-seasoned leader to join a fast-growing global company with over 10,000 employees.

The Head of Global P2P Operations role will lead a global team of 20+ FTE and contractors with majority of the team based in China and support by regional touch points across the global.

The Head of Global P2P Operations will have a focus on service quality, operational efficiencies, and enhancing shared service capabilities. This individual will also be a member of the Procurement Leadership Team, driving global processes and establishing operational excellence.

Open to strong candidates globally with advantage to those who are US or China based.

Demonstrate leadership to a global operational team with presence in China, Taiwan, US, and Switzerland Focus on service level and develop a plan to improve customer satisfaction Collaborate with Sourcing counterpart and assist AP related to invoice challenges Execute P2P transformation and set efficiency targets Implement global standards and harmonize processes. Must drive global processes Owner of supplier master data Consolidate HCP global operations and improve HCP onboarding process Increase Suzhou, China shared service capabilities Work with Process Governance Team to reduce manual transactions and execute long term digital strategy around Ariba Responsible for China stamping operations Escalation management

Highly motivated, self-starter able to work in a changing and diverse environment with very little work direction Must demonstrate outstanding leadership and excellent managerial skills Bachelor’s degree minimum, advanced degree in science / business preferred 10 years working experience in a multinational company in a leadership role, international working experience strongly preferred Excellent English capability (read, write, speak) and Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus, but not necessary Experience working with Ariba is an advantage Strong professional presence with exceptional communication skills Must possess the highest degree of ethical standards and be able to deal with highly sensitive and confidential data Able to manage conflict and multi tasks
