The Senior Director, HR Shared Services will be a key member of Veralto’s new HR Services team, which is responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions that deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.
Scope Of Role
The Senior Director, HR Shared Services is an exciting role as the team builder and lead strategist in a new enterprise function focused on building an HR service delivery offering that delivers exceptional employee experiences and operational excellence. Success in the role will be measured by customer satisfaction, team engagement and retention, efficiency and productivity improvements and collaboration effectiveness.
- Develop the global HR Shared Services strategy and roadmap, ensuring a strong linkage to the overall enterprise strategy and culture, with a goal to drive exceptional employee experiences and improved operational efficiencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and response to employee inquiries and needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of hire-to-retire business processes, developing harmonized process standard work and HR policy in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to drive consistent experience across the Veralto enterprise, continuously improving processes aligned to employee feedback and to drive efficiencies.
- Effectively manage vendor and functional partner relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services, holding vendors and partners accountable to established service-level agreements.
- Establish HR Service Center performance metrics, and drive rigorous management of measurement and gap closure.
- Be a change leader, ensuring strong change management and transparent communications to relevant stakeholder audiences.
- Build and manage the global Shared Services team, providing feedback and coaching to drive team performance, development and engagement.

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience; minimum five years as a people manager and experience leading an HR Shared Services organization in a multi-national, matrixed environment.
- Experience implementing/sustaining an HR knowledgebase and case management solution.
