McDonald’s is embarking on an exciting journey to become a global leader in indirect sourcing and procurement. To realize this ambition, we have launched the Global Indirect Sourcing and Procurement Modernization (GI Mod) program—a transformational initiative designed to maximize the value of our size and scale, unlock sustainable benefits for our company and communities, and establish “One McDonald’s Way” for responsibly buying indirect goods and services.

This is a unique opportunity to join the program as the Global Service Delivery Lead. In this critical leadership role, you will ensure the successful deployment of our new indirect sourcing and procurement service delivery model, driving adoption and alignment across teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. This includes implementing capabilities, processes, and frameworks to manage the end-to-end source-to-pay process for indirect goods and services

Reporting to the VP, GBS Indirect Sourcing & Procurement, the Global Service Delivery Lead will leverage strategic vision, change management expertise, and deep domain knowledge in indirect sourcing and procurement transformation to deliver results. The role is pivotal in integrating new operating models and processes, fostering global alignment, and achieving key program milestones and objectives. Additionally, it involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Requisition-to-Invoice (R2I) processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with McDonald’s broader goals.
