We have been engaged to assist our client, The Honickman Companies, in their search for a Senior Director of Accounting Operations.

Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Director of Accounting Operations will oversee the financial health of the Company and ensure optimal use of its financial resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required. CPA preferred.
• 15 years of experience with a minimum of 7 years experience leading financial shared services or working capital function in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment required.
• Deep understanding of cash management, accounts payable/receivable, and working capital management.
• Technical skills in general accounting, month-end closing analysis, account reconciliation, financial reporting/statements, and cost analysis.
• People management skills with experience leading large teams of individuals that are focused on transaction processing.
