The Sr Director of Finance Shared Services is a leadership role with direct experience in the areas of billing, accounts receivable, and payables. This role reports direct to company CFO. They will have a process mind-set and they will be able to recommend and install technology to facilitate process efficiency.

• Leadership of AR, AP, invoicing and billing personnel and processes
• Deliver improvement of cashflow through improved billed and unbilled DSO
• Responsible for all finance and accounting policies and policy updates in areas of finance shared services
• Support CFO, treasury and Board of Directors with cash flow budgets and forecasting.
• Actively manage all daily financial operations processes.
• Install technology solutions to drive efficiency and improve service to field operations.
• Install reporting and own communication to measure results and drive behavior across our 40 branch network.
• Manage all billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions/staff.
• Manage expense and reimbursement policies and procedures ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate internal controls.

• 10+ years of work experience in accounting and finance
• In-depth experience with billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer service and project management
• Successful experience leading change while leveraging lean six sigma or similar methods.
• System experience
• Hands on leader with an internal partnership approach that drives organizational success
• Proven experience building processes and managing internal and external systems.
• Prior experience building out control environment in growth company.
• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously
• Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools, Microsoft tools, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with remote and/or hybrid work environment (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.), and access to a stable workspace with reliable internet.
