To work with the finance teams and reporting to the Head of Global Finance to deliver a world class commercial finance reporting, planning and analysis which supports the management of the company in making better informed commercial decisions.

• Providing analysis of and commentary on business performance including reporting to the Group Management and Board
• Leading the Group budgeting and monthly forecast process
• Working with the business and finance community to drive business performance
• Developing reporting processes, systems and metrics with the intention to automate reporting’s and taking it from mainly Excel-based into PowerBI

Required Experience

• Financial planning, reporting and analysis in a multinational environment
• Leading a team of finance professionals
• Driving business performance in a low-cost environment
• Working with the senior management
• Working in a shared service and distributed resource model

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A team player with a hands-on approach to work
• ACCA/ CPA / CIMA / CFA is desirable
• Strong numerical skills and good problem solver
• Hard working, conscientious, professional and independent
• Strong communication skills – both written and oral
• Confidence to work with senior executives in a cooperative but challenging and independent manner
• Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English.
