We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Senior Director of Shared Services with a focus on Global Support Center operations and expertise in leading collections teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our shared services functions, ensuring global operational excellence, and driving efficiency in collections processes.

Leadership and Strategy:

– Develop and execute a strategic vision for shared services, aligning with organizational goals.

– Provide visionary leadership to the global support center and collections teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Global Support Center Management:

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global support center, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple regions.

– Implement best practices to enhance customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.

Collections Team Leadership:

– Lead collections teams globally, driving performance, and implementing effective strategies for debt recovery.

– Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve collections efficiency.

Process Optimization:

– Identify opportunities for process improvement within shared services and collections functions.

– Implement scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

– Act as a liaison between shared services, collections, and other relevant departments.

Global Compliance:

– Ensure collections processes adhere to global regulatory requirements and industry standards.

– Implement and monitor compliance measures to mitigate risks associated with debt recovery operations.

Performance Metrics:

– Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of shared services and collections initiatives.

– Regularly report on performance to executive leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within shared services, with a focus on global support center operations and collections management.
  • Strong understanding of collections processes, risk management, and compliance.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
