We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Platform Shared Services team. This critical role involves spearheading the design, development, and delivery of a cutting-edge cloud platform that will serve as the foundation for our various business units to create innovative products. The successful candidate will lead a team of product managers in the US and India, ensuring a unified vision, efficient collaboration, and consistent execution. This role reports directly to the VP of Product Management – Platform and will significantly impact our organization’s growth and success.
- Strategic Visionary: Envision and execute the roadmap for our cloud platform, a hub of innovation and collaboration that propels Omnicell’s mission forward.
- Global Leadership: Lead an international team of brilliant minds, fostering a culture of excellence, unity, and shared accomplishment.
- Technical Excellence and Product Innovation: Collaborate with product managers to translate technical capabilities into innovative products that set industry benchmarks.
- Mastery of Cloud Technology: Leverage your deep understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, and serverless technologies to architect a scalable and secure cloud ecosystem.
- Championing Transformation: Drive continuous improvement, promoting the adoption of emerging cloud technologies to position Omnicell at the forefront of healthcare technology.
- Trailblazing Experience: A minimum of 10 years in progressive roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, showcasing your ability to lead with distinction.
- Technical Brilliance: A technical engineering background that equips you with a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and modern architecture.
