We are seeking a Senior Director for our People team to lead the transformation of our Global People Shared Services. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will architect strategies and lead operational initiatives to enhance our HR shared services globally.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a global team of HR shared services professionals, ensuring effective support for approximately 1,000 employees worldwide. Foster collaboration with IT, Finance, People Business Partners, and COEs to meet employee and business needs aligned with our core values.
- Shared Services Transformation: Drive the transition to a global shared services model, focusing on automation and efficiency improvements. Manage end-to-end implementation plans, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and HR technology enhancements.
- HR Technology: Develop and execute digital HR technology strategies, integrating and enhancing existing systems to optimize service delivery. Implement self-service solutions such as online forms, knowledge bases, and HR chatbots.
- People Analytics: Lead initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Design and manage People Analytics projects, providing insights into workforce trends and engagement.
- Benefits Administration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and manage global benefits programs, ensuring effective vendor management and financial oversight.
- Business Partnerships: Build positive relationships with business leaders and stakeholders. Develop communication plans that support business strategy and enhance employee experience.
- Project Management: Lead strategic HR projects, partnering with Finance on budgeting and program management.
- 15-20 years of global HR shared services experience, with a strong track record in functional transformation and strategic leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred, in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR technologies and systems.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of global benefits program design and administration.
