We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Finance Manager to spearhead the creation and operation of a shared service center for multiple Asian countries. This is a unique chance to build a high-performing team, streamline financial processes, and contribute significantly to the organization’s growth in the region.

• Set up and launch the center from scratch, handling all financial tasks like payments, receivables, and record-keeping for several Asian countries.
• Agree on expectations (SLAs) with clients, track performance (KPIs), and ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance with regulations.
• Continuously improve processes, systems, and tax planning.
• Create clear instructions (SOPs) for efficient teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality services on time.
• Provide accurate financial information to regional finance managers.
• Manage cash flow effectively to optimize balances and track transactions closely.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Proven track record of leading and building high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in financial accounting, tax planning, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools., Netsuite and Cognos.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
