Boston Scientific’s Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a highly motivated and innovative Financial Analyst to join our team. This role partners with the Urology Finance team to provide budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the business. We are looking for an individual with strong financial and analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering business solutions and services. This role will lead implementation of finance BI analytics related to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the division. The successful candidate should have strong value improvement mindset coupled with automation savviness and a critical eye to data accuracy.

• Be an integral member of the Urology Finance team to design an optimized budgeting and forecasting consolidation process across all functions
• Utilize BSC applications and tools to deliver user friendly and flexible solutions to support the financial operations for the division
• Design, develop, and maintain functional budgeting and forecasting templates
• Upload divisional budgets and forecasts to the enterprise Hyperion planning application through all iterations
• Develop and distribute analytics and reporting to assist Finance and functional leaders to track key performance indicators
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and analytics, documenting and maintaining work instructions.
• Support change management and training of new processes and tools to users impacted
• Partner with the GBS Intelligent Automation CoE to develop complex data and analytics requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 5 to 7 years of finance and business support experience; FP&A preferred
• Ability to work well independently in a complex, highly matrixed global organization
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve business operations challenges
• Must be a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and commitment to execution
• Strong communications skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Person must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Must be detailed oriented but able to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Expert level skills with Microsoft Excel, intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase

• Experience creating Tableau or similar data visualization software
• Experience using Alteryx
• Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Query)
