Our client is a multinational company working on the expansion of its Shared Service Centre.

• Accounting Close support & monitoring:
• – Creation and posting of WIPS (work in progress)
• – Accounting support (postback) and posting of accruals
• – Plausibility check of the bookkeeping
• P&L and Reporting activities:
• – Preparation of financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) both at BU and company level, meeting the company and Group deadlines
• – Analysis of the results (monthly profit/loss statement) : Check the accuracy of data; Analyze any deviation from budget/re-forecast; Draft the corresponding comments
• – Provision of the individual reports of the companies in the group
• – Identify and propose countermeasures to the commercial director
• Participation to Budgeting and Forecasting activities
• Drive ad-hoc analysis required by the management
• Support tax advisor and auditor in the preparation of the semi-annual consolidated balance sheets
• Recruit, train and manage junior resources of the department
• Drive continuous improvement on the processes locally managed
• Participates new finance tools implementation

• Degree or preferably Master in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling with knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience, also as an intern, ideally with a first coaching experience.
• Autonomous, analytical and synthetic, good communication skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge, Power BI an advantage
• Fluent in English, and German
