The Senior Global Process Expert Purchase to Pay – Finance co-shapes the global process strategy and priorities, within the Global Process team. Drives process excellence and transformation to mature towards target state, positively impacting stakeholder experience and business outcomes. Driving E2E cross-functional collaboration.
- Process Ownership: Co-shaping the vision, strategy and roadmap for PtP process. Identify areas for (continuous) improvement and efficiency across OpCo’s and deliver the PtP process roadmap. Support the reduction of process deviation through OpCo’s and SSC. First point of contact for OpCo’s for process related questions.
- Data Driven Transactional Finance: Design and support deployment of process performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, process maturity assessment and process mining. Develop benchmarking structures to support target driven operational excellence and continuous cost improvement.
- Process Transformation: Drive deployment through a delivery organisation, e.g. programme/project teams. Secure future state design in line with PtP Business Blueprint and quality assurance role towards programme/projects deployments. Design Global frameworks, strategies and cookbooks in close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders, always thinking and acting E2E.
- Education: University level
- Work experience: 8-10 years.
- Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in process management, process analytics, exposure to Shared Services in an international environment. Deep understanding of the PtP process and the associated risks & controls.
- Other fields of expertise: Continuous Improvement, Finance Shared Services, process modelling.
- Functional skills: Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking. Project management.
- Languages: English (excellent verbal and written skills).
- Other skills: Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, addressing conflicting priorities, ensuring tactical alignment. Working with and integrating broad areas within Global Finance and other Global Functions, therefore ability to switch between areas, and have both detail and a helicopter view.
